Should unconstitutional rulings by SCOTUS simply be ignored?
Here's an interesting article by a law professor on how Republicans should treat a likely (though illegitimate) Supreme Court ruling universalizing same-sex "marriage."
Treat it, he said, like Republicans treated the similarly-illegitimate Dred Scott decision: ignore it as itself a violation of the Constitution, and thus invalid.
Sort of like Roe v. Wade.
