Yes, Rahm Emanuel very well could lose on April 7
Challenger Jesus "Chuy" Garcia has closed to within striking distance of Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel in the April 7 runoff.
Polls show the gap within single digits, and perhaps as small as six points.
I'm not sure Chicago can financially survive Garcia. I'm not sure it can survive Emanuel, for that matter. But the incumbent is trying, and has made a great many enemies by struggling to be fiscally responsible.
Chick-fil-A political thuggery or not, I have to reluctantly pull for Rahm. And yes- he very well could lose.
