I think the thought is premature. Hillary has already survived precisely the misdeed that got Brian Williams fired as NBC anchor; she too falsely claimed to have landed in a combat zone while under fire. The MSM is in the process of shrugging off Emailgate. It's been deflecting blame for the deficiencies in the way Benghazi was handled by the Clinton State Department. And I find it difficult to imagine that, with a little help from her friends in the media, Hillary would not survive most things short of assassinating the Pope on live worldwide television.
Her husband was made of Teflon. She's made of even slipperier stuff than that.
