As endangered as our freedoms are in America...

...between the insanity of political correctness and the police state on our campuses, I'm still grateful to live here rather than in some of the world's other democracies.

I am glad that I don't live in a country where I can be fined or jailed for offending somebody, like folks in Canada or England.

I am glad that I can't be fined or jailed for "insulting a public official," as in France.

And I'm glad that I live in a country where, even if the press is so dominated by the Left that contrary opinions have an awful time being heard, at least, the government doesn't dictate what the media gets to report- as in Germany.
