Well, it sure took long enough!

When I was still living in Chicago back in the '70's, the whole Near North Side was up in arms about Lincoln Towing, which by repute didn't require that an automobile be illegally parked before towing it. Chicago folk singer Steve Goodman did a song about the outfit:



But it seems that the Illinois Commerce Commission may be getting ready to do something about it, all these decades later.

Better late than never, I guess.
