Kasich pulling Wisconsin radio ads- to help Cruz?

The Kasich campaign is immediately pulling all radio ads in Wisconsin, presumably to give Ted Cruz a clearer shot at Il Duce.

Could it be that Kasich and Cruz are getting smart and working together- letting the weaker in each state passively support the stronger?
