This is what we have to look forward to if the NC bathroom law is somehow ruled unconstitutional

North Carolina's so-called "bathroom law" is far from perfect. It makes no sense to require that the bathroom a person uses correspond to the gender listed on his or her birth certificate. People who have had so-called "gender reassignment" surgery are no threat to the others who use the bathroom reserved for the gender such a person supposedly has joined.

Anatomy is a good enough test- and it's an essential one. Anywhere laws not restricting access to bathrooms on the basis of anatomy are not enacted rapes, molestations, invasions of privacy and generally outrageous behavior by people who are not, in fact, transgendered at all, but use laws permitting anatomical males to use women's bathrooms as a way of getting access to victims, will be a recurring problem.

Here is one example of what we have to look forward to if Bruce Springstein and Wells Fargo and Google and the others get their way.

And here's another.

Our society has gone mad. What should be a matter of simple common sense is now being regarded as a violation of people's civil rights. It is no such thing.
