David French has tweeted that after much prayer and consideration he has decided not to run for president after all.

Barring a last-minute change of heart by Mitt Romney- who should have run himself to begin with- it appears that I'll be staying home on Election Day for the first time in my life.

This would have been worth doing if anyone had stepped up and done it.
