Silver: The race has tightened- but Hillary is still likely to win

Nate Silver says that the presidential race has tightened- but that we shouldn't assume that the underlying dynamic of the race has changed.

He still gives Hillary a 70% or better chance of winning.

No matter which of them wins,  of course, we lose.
