States in which McMullin is on the ballot: as of Tuesday, 21 and counting

The New Mexico Secretary of State's office has reversed itself and decided that the Better for America Party does, indeed, have enough valid signatures on its petition to qualify for the ballot this Fall.

On Tuesday, the party is expected to name Evan McMullin as its candidate for president, bringing to 21 the number of states in which McMullin is guaranteed a place on the ballot. Expect the number to increase rapidly in the next few weeks.

Who knows? Maybe eventually the polls will actually include him among the candidates they ask voters about.
