Congratulations to the people of Alabama, who have rejected Donald Trump's fellow predator Roy Moore and elected a Democrat whose indecency is limited to thinking that women should be able to kill their unborn children at will as their new senator. Doug Jones's ethical perversity may well be the result of honest ethical confusion. That's better than being a habitual sexual predator.

May this be the beginning of the utter purging of Bannonism and the cult of the predator and of all alt-right poison from the American body politic.
