Yep! He's still doing it!
President Trump is once again trying to prematurely return to business as usual, a step that could re-ignite the current pandemic in the United States.
The crisis could be over- at least for now- by the end of May. But Mr. Trump can't wait for that. He's pushing to re-open much of what has been closed during May.
Yes, I know. The sooner the economy is re-opened, the shallower and probably shorter the recession is going to be. But once again we face the bizarre phenomenon of conservatives who pride themselves on being pro-life being willing to trade lives for the sake of the economy- and in so doing, maximize Mr. Trump's chances of re-election.
Pretty cold, riders of the elephant. Pretty damn cold.
