Donald Trump and Republicans generally claim that Joe Biden must be slipping mentally because he's incoherent.

These guys just can't seem to stop themselves from accusing Joe Biden of everything negative Donald Trump does- whether it's true or not- and even in the case of the true stuff when POTUS does it worse and more often!
