Here is the record

They will write about the Trump Administration someday. Kids will read about this stuff in school. And they will wonder how the hell we let all this happen.

Just as a reminder, this is what those kids will read about.

In November, we will decide whether all of this will be endorsed, signed off on, given our seal of approval. If so, it will not simply continue. It will be augmented. The man will be utterly unaccountable. The nation will be effectively left without a meaningful opposition party to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the people who stand ready to inherit the Democratic Party from a defeated Joe Biden. There will not be an alternative that reasonable people will be able to take seriously.

ADDENDUM: A friend just sent me this link to an article that not only answers the most common Trumpist talking points but makes a pretty powerful case as to why Christians in particular have a moral obligation to oppose Donald Trump this year.

I commend it to you. We will have to answer for our vote this year, and not only to our children.
