Tim Miller seems unwilling to give up on North Carolina. Biden does seem to be running ahead of Hillary in most places.

Looks to me like maybe the New York Times needle is drunk.

BUT Hispanics seem to be breaking for Trump in Texas, too. Weird. Maybe the key to winning a constituency is talking dirty about them and promising to build a wall to keep their relatives out.

It's still early, but it looks like Biden is doing better than expected in the Midwest. Flip Ohio, and Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina are irrelevant.
