Judicial tyranny

Our form of government is under attack by an unchecked judiciary, effectively amending the Constitution by fiat and legislating the private whims and half-baked pet theories of its members without regard to the law or the will of the electorate.

It's a good thing for our way of life that George W. Bush is going to be the guy filling the next two or three appointments on the Supreme Court.
