Modern "Evangelicalism" = medieval Catholicism?

Thanks to Bunny Diehl for calling to our attention this right-on post at The Confessing Evangelical pointing out the similarity of contemporary "Evangelical" piety to that of medieval Catholicism, as indicated by the theology of the books and religious products that sell in Christian book stores these days.
