'Amnesty' leadership backed Kerry

The top leadership of Amnesty International, the once-credible international monitor of prisons and political imprisonment which has recently engaged in lurid claims about conditions at the war prisoner camp at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, donated large amounts of money to the campaign of Mr. Bush's 2004 opponent, Sen. John Kerry.
