A short-lived insanity

Judge Robert Hanson has stayed his order setting aside Iowa's law banning gay "marriage" until the Iowa Supreme Court can have a shot at the issue. That may not happen until next year.

Meanwhile, the question of the legal status of the same-sex "marriages" performed early yesterday here in Polk County should be an interesting topic if- as I expect- the law is upheld.
