Vlad slams Hillary upside the... oh, wait. He says she doesn't have one!

Several weeks ago, while campaigning in New Hampshire, Hillary Clinton said that Russian President Vladimir ("Vlad the Inhaler") Putin "doesn't have a soul."

When informed of her remark, Putin replied, "At a minimum, a head of state should have a head."

So much for Sen. Clinton's alleged capacity to improve our nation's standing with world leaders.
