When good intentions run afoul of those with b-a-a-a-a-d ones

The "Religious Left" has been maniuplated by atheistic totalitarians and anarchists for decades. A substantial amount of the "theology" taught at Wartburg Seminary when I was there was influenced by various openly Marxist advocates of "Liberation Theology," for whom Jesus was less a divine Savior than a symbol to be enlisted in the cause of class struggle.

One notable atheist and communist, former bomber Bill Ayers, continues to influence well-meaning, idealistic and compassion-filled young Christians to this very day.

And he isn't alone. As long as sheep are willing prey, the wolves will remain among them.
