Ron Paul to Earth: Consider impeaching Obama for killing traitor al-Awlaki
Presidential candidate Ron Paul (R-Utopia Planitia) is talking about impeaching President Obama for authorizing the killing of American citizen, terrorist, traitor, and anti-American enemy combatant Anwar al-Awlaki.
He claims that Mr. Obama "flouted the law" by defending Americans against a soldier at war with out nation-and this less than a month after the tenth anniversary of the murder of more than three thousand Americans by the organization of which al-Awlaki was a high-ranking member.
This is just further evidence of how dangerous it would be to let somebody as irresponsible and clueless as Paul anywhere near the levers of government. You don't impeach a president for obeying his oath of office.
And you don't elect somebody as president who thinks that you should. At least if you have either an ounce of common sense- or an instinct for self-preservation.

It would be great if arresting the guy had been an option, and if it had I agree that would be the way to go. But where that's not an option, protecting innocent American citizens from enemy combatants- whether they themselves are citizens or not-is not only a president's right, but his duty.
That Ron Paul is nuts goes without saying.
