Fields, Shapiro quit Brietbart over coverage of Trump brownshirt tactics

Reporter Michelle Fields and senior editor Ben Shapiro have resigned from Brietbart over the Trump-shilling site's handling of the story of the assault on Fields by Donald Trump's campaign manager.

Breitbart's heavy-handed promotion of the phony conservative presidential candidate has already cost it any credibility it may have built up over the years. I'm glad to see this display of integrity by Fields and Shapiro.

While I doubt that anything will drain the fascism from the mentality of the Trump campaign, anything that at least exposes and embarrasses it is all to the good.
