It doesn't look good for Rubio in Florida. He's promised not to drop out, but as a practical matter by bedtime on March 15, we may have four or fewer candidates with more than a theoretical chance of being elected this Fall- Trump, Cruz, Clinton and Sanders- and not one of them fit to be President of the United States.
